Energetic, Passionate, Caring, and Graceful- Pastor, Humanitarian, Lecturer, and Actor, Pastor Fran Love has traveled the world for several decades. She serves as Pastor with her husband, Bishop Lester Love at the City of Love in New Orleans, LA. This cutting-edge ministry continues to remain fresh and relevant anchored in transformative worship.
With a heart for women, Pastor Fran boldly fulfills her calling to lead women into new levels of unity, forgiveness, fulfillment, and purpose. She is the founder of the DOLL Ministry (Daughters of Life and Love). For many years she has worked to provide relief to the social issues affecting women and children, including hardships, homelessness, and poverty. DOLL Ministry has hosted a variety of outreaches across the city of New Orleans, including those held at the New Orleans Women’s Shelter and blanket and coat give-a-ways, all in an effort to end homelessness.
An unparalleled, candid approach to delivering spiritual wisdom and truths has afforded her the opportunity to speak at conferences across the United States. She was named Woman of the Year by the Young Women Christian Association of America (YWCA). She received the Community Uplift of the Year Award from Epitome Magazine, and she was honored by the National Coalition of 100 Black Women receiving the Torchbearer’s Award.
As an actress, Pastor Fran received rave reviews from The New Orleans Times Picayune and was nominated for the Ambie Award in Theater Excellence for best actress in a musical play for her portrayal, of Mattie, the lead role in the local production of The Women of Brewster Place.
Pastor Fran Love and Bishop Lester Love have three beautiful daughters: Joy, Faith, and Angel.
